Consisting of several sprawling manors and a plethora of cottages, The Ivy Estate is the compound where just about every Ivy descendant lives. Within the confines of the compound there are tennis courts, shooting ranges, English gardens, horse stables, and a fleet of classic vehicles affectionately referred to as The Gilded Convoy. Legally, all Ivy descendants own equal shares of the estate, but there is a strict social hierarchy none of them dares to challenge. This hierarchy allows for little debate about who lives where: your home is determined by your status in the family. If you are not seen as an asset to the family name you are not permitted to live on the compound. You are “gifted” a property wherever you pick, courtesy of the family trust.
